We provide ultimate care for the pets in the Chewie's family by providing a clean and safe environment (lots of cleaning), providing lots of love (lots of cuddling and snuggling), medical attention and great customer service. Due to the nature of our job a reliability and communication is a must.
You are compensated by an hourly rate or salary as a base, as extras there is benefits and bonuses. The hourly rate/salary is based on your experience and job duties. There are monthly bonuses that are based on job performance as
We like to do reviews and evaluations every 6 months to a year. You have the opportunity to grow here as our company also grows!
Chewie's offers a variety of shifts during the day, afternoon and overnights. Chewie’s is open 24/7 because we board pets and we are open everyday because we board pets.
You are required to work at least 2 weekend shifts a month And 2-3 holiday shifts (3/4 hours long) that are double pay.
If you choose to work 1 weekend shift a week or both days you can have set schedule. If you choose to work every weekend at least one shift, if you ever need the weekend or day of you definitely receive it.
We look for people that have at least 1-2 years of animal care experience. But we are willing to train the right candidates!

Typical Shifts:
6:45am to 3pm, 8am to 3/4pm, 9am to 4/5pm, 7am to 5pm , 9am to 7pm or 12pm to 7pm, 3-7pm. Overnight help shifts are usually 7pm to 9pm and Overnight Shifts are 7pm to 7:30am or 7pm to 9am.
