Chewie's Playland

Doggie Day Care, Boarding, Training and more!

IMPORTANT UPDATE AUGUST 2016

Hello Everyone this is an Important/Urgent:

Due to unforeseen circumstances with our boarding agreement with the Animal Hospital of Nashua, we were unable to renew our lease with them. They notified us yesterday that they would like us to move the South location within 30 days. We want to continue providing the same high level for our boarders, maybe even improve since Chewie's is now in full control. We tried to anticipate this potential outcome by moving quickly with opening our North location so that if negotiations fell through we were not left stranded. However, the amount of time given to us to find a new location/move the business was not anticipated.

Our Plan:

1) We will be looking for another location in the same area (South Nashua, exits 1 through 5).

2) In the mean time we will be providing pet boarding (dogs, cats, exotics) at the north location. It will be staffed 24/7 with qualified employees. Boarding will start there August 19th, so if your reservations begin on or after that date please bring your pet to the north location. If you have reservations you will already be moved to that location.

3) Daycare dogs currently enrolled in our south location will be automatically enrolled at the north location starting 8/22 to 8/26. If this is not convenient for you we can discuss other options that may help you, we are considering offering a "bark and ride" close to the south location. Chewie's will accept daycare pups for early drop's at the North location since we will be staffed 24/7. The doors will not be unlocked until 7am though so the early drop offs would need be arranged ahead of time.

4) We are still able to bring/transport your pets to your animal hospital for appointments if needed. We would kindly ask that you give us a couple days notice and choose a late morning appointment. Also in the event of an emergency we will bring pets to the nearest animal hospital that can promptly treat. If you pet has become ill we can make an appointment with your vet or one of your choice. We also have an extensive first aid kit.

This was unexpected and we are doing our best to make a smooth transition and manage the situation as best as possible until another location is found. I apologize for the stress and inconvenience this may cause. I do believe since the North location is bigger we can accommodate everyone but we will stop accepting new daycare dogs.

Thank you for your understanding and please let me know any questions or concerns you may have.
